Shire lodge is an exclusive location open all year, Nestling in 40 acres of valley surrounded by oak forest, this romantic lodge has it's own hot tub in to relax and unwind. The grounds are home to wildlife ponds and a small river which runs through the center, there are walks through the forest with small areas set aside for a rest, or just to take in the peace and quite. The whole farm is a conservation area with the rear Hairstreak butterfly breeding in the hand cut hedge rows, and the breeding of rear breed pigs suck as Kune-Kune and saddle back all set in the farm program.

The lodge is fully heated with a gas fire in the lounge and electric rads else were.

There are two bedrooms, one with a four poster bed and small en-suite, and the other with a 5'6" king size bed and a single above. (A futon bed) There is a main bath room with shower basin and WC, It is all very comfortable with modern appliances, towels and tea towels are provided as is all the bed linen and covers. Electric is by charge card, ( We keep the cards ) Gas included in the holiday..
